At our option, we will either replace any defective or malfunctioning Product at no charge or provide a refund instead of replacing such Product. If Product is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement product as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.

New Merchandise

The item must be in its original packaging

Must include all original materials supplied with the product

Must be unopened and uninstalled.

You’ll still need to follow the return guidelines above when sending in a New return. Please keep the following in mind: Everything has 12 months warranty the warranty starts on the day of purchase.
